What a great day! This yearu2019s Battle Of The Books competition was intense! The 36 teams did a fantastic job! This year there was even a double overtime to determine the 6th place team! Cummings was very well represented with three teams, as well as a fourth team of two current Cummings students and two Grandville Middle School students who graduated from Cummings! We are so proud of all of our teams! While we did not take home any medals this year, we did have two teams earn honorable mention in the Sweet Threads (best costume) category. Team Take A Bite Out Of Books and team E And The Bobbettes. A special shout out to the one team from Mr. Martiniu2019s former school, West Elementary. The Porcupine Posse came so close to being the 6th place finishing team!
