Today we were so excited to be able to use out new gym for the very first time! Mr. Martini and Mr. Leonardo hosted seven ribbon cutting ceremonies, one for each grade level, to celebrate the opening of our new gym! Each grade level enjoyed their own ceremony and explored our new gym and the surrounding area. The faces on the students were priceless! They loved the new space! Mr. Leonardo also arranged for each grade level to claim their own bragging rights for being the first grades ever to do a number of activities in the new gym. The students loved this and will most likely never forget the celebration of our new gym. The following is the list of first:<br> Our Kindergarteners were the first to GALLOP in the new gym!<br> Our 1st Graders and Young 5s were the first to RUN ACROSS the new gym!<br> Our 2nd Graders were the first to SKIP in the new gym! <br> Our 3rd Graders were the first to do SIT UPS in the new gym!<br> Our 4th Graders were the first to do PUSH UPS in the new gym!<br> Our 5th Graders were the first to do JUMPING JACKS in the new gym!<br> Our 6th Graders were the first to RUN A LAP in the new gym!
